Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also proof of purchase or an order number.
To start a return, quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal! Use of the Online Returns Portal is available to our US customers only. Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products that have been worn will not be accepted!!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
ALL mystery bundles are non refundable.
Products that are 30% or higher discount are non refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship out the exchange item.
Refunds
We do not do refunds. Instead, we offer store credit in the full amount MINUS the shipping cost of shipping the item back. Only in circumstances where the company is at fault for the return (wrong size/item), will we be responsible for the shipping cost. Otherwise the customer will be responsible and the shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit amount.Â
International Orders
We DO NOT do refunds, returns, or exchanges for international orders. Unless the customer is willing to pay for the shipping cost to send it back for store credit, we do not offer any other options.Â
Missing or Stolen Packages
After shipping your package to USPS, our shop has no control over delivery times and issues with deliveries. If your tracking number says that your package is delivered but you have not received it, we are not responsible for replacing those items. We will not refund or replace any packages that have been delivered but the customer has not physically received it. Deliveries are the sole responsibility of USPS, if your package seems to be missing or stolen, please contact them. Â Â
